Modena Province Government Building

The Interplan led design team was awarded with the 1st Prize at the Architectural Competition for the new Modena Province Government Building. The new institutional offices will be reorganized by renovating the historic Caserma Fanti building with the addition of a new buried volume housing a new conference room and related services. The project will introduce a flywheel for the induced requalification of this historic area of the city of Modena, with new public spaces and gardens, improved public offices accessibility and sustainable facilities.
